Our products can be delivered as edge protection or sealing elements with various opening dimensions, optionally with double-sided adhesive tape, flocking, or coating. We have a variety of samples available to find the optimal solution for your requirements. In the field of extrusion, we are capable of producing monoprofiles and duplex profiles with or without metal cores, optionally flocked, coated, or provided with sealing compounds such as butyl, sealer, or mastics. The profiles can be continuously marked and, upon request, equipped with double-sided adhesive tape.
For the customized assembly of the extruded profiles, we utilize various cutting devices, either continuously or specifically. For profile joining, we employ transfer or injection molding presses for vulcanization. For ring connections, we use foil vulcanization.
